PVC and PU conveyor belt guides
Choose a guide profile to suit the belt construction and conveyor groove arrangement. The photographs show plain and notched profiles in several colours. Provide a cross-section drawing or a sample when requesting a replacement.

Matching the guide to the conveyor
The guide cross-section and position should be considered together with the pulley and support grooves. Include a drawing showing the guide location across the belt width, especially where more than one guide is used.
For a replacement, send photographs of the existing profile, its attachment to the belt and any worn areas. Include the smallest pulley diameter and any reverse bending in the belt route when discussing plain or notched profiles.
Material and colour selection
Specify the belt material and intended attachment method with the guide enquiry. Colour alone does not identify PVC or PU. For a custom colour, supply a colour reference or sample together with the required profile and quantity.

Send the cross-section drawing, material, colour, required lengths and quantity. If guides are required as part of a finished belt, include the belt dimensions and a drawing of the guide positions.
