Selecting a cleat arrangement
Cleat height and spacing should suit the product and conveyor incline. Include the loading and discharge arrangement when specifying a new assembly. For a replacement, provide the existing cleat dimensions and photographs showing the belt in position.
The cleat base and attachment method need to suit the belt material and pulley arrangement. Show any sidewalls, guides and return rollers on the drawing so their clearances can be considered together.
Custom height and profile enquiries
State the specification reference and the dimensions you require, including tolerances. For a custom height, include a sketch or sample and explain the conveying duty. Specify whether the enquiry is for separate cleats or cleats fitted to a finished belt.
Request PVC or PU cleats
Send the profile drawing, material, height, cleat length and quantity. For a belt assembly, also include the belt width and length, cleat spacing, pulley diameters and any sidewall requirements.
