Define the panel-contact arrangement
| Detail | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Display or carrier | Dimensions, weight, contact face and whether the belt handles the panel directly or through a carrier |
| Raised profiles | Cross-section, height, width, spacing and position relative to the belt edges |
| Belt and joint | Finished length, width, thickness, joint type and installation access |
| Conveyor layout | Pulley diameters, support bed, speed, transfers and tracking arrangement |
| Process environment | Temperature, cleaning chemicals and any particle or surface-contact requirements |
| Electrical requirements | Required resistance range and test method where electrostatic control is specified |
Match the profile and transfer clearances
Provide photographs or drawings of the loading, conveying and discharge sections. Mark where the profiles contact the panel or carrier, and include the gaps and clearances at each transfer. For a replacement belt, show the existing profile and any contact marks or uneven wear.
Material and process requirements
Select the base belt and profiles for the operating environment and the surfaces they contact. Where the process requires electrostatic control, cleanroom compatibility or limits on surface marking, include the relevant acceptance criteria and request supporting material information for the selected construction.
Include the machine model, required quantity and packaging requirements with your enquiry. A drawing of the complete belt and profile arrangement helps match the assembly to your line.
