Food-contact and cleaning requirements
For direct food contact, specify the food type, contact temperature and cleaning chemicals. Request the applicable documentation for the selected material and finished belt. Include the cleaning method and frequency so the canvas face, belt construction and joint can be selected for the process.
Joint and conveyor fit
Provide photographs of the existing joint, carrying face, underside and edges. Select the joint for the actual layered construction, pulley sizes and installation access. If guides or additional fabrication are required, show their dimensions and positions on the conveyor drawing.
