Red rubber-coated timing belt for packing machinery
This belt has a red rubber covering on the outer working surface and teeth on the inner drive surface. It is offered for packing-machine applications. Match the base-belt profile to the pulley and specify the covering to suit the product it contacts.

Base belt and contact covering
The construction uses CR rubber, glass-fibre reinforcement and nylon cloth. Specify the outer covering separately, including its compound, thickness, hardness and surface finish. The covering and base belt must be matched to the machine as a complete assembly.

Colour and surface selection
The red covering is shown on this product. Black, white and green are also listed in the covering range; specify the colour and compound together when ordering. Colour alone does not determine the compound, temperature range or resistance to chemicals.
Timing-belt profile reference
These dimensions describe the base tooth profiles, before any outer covering is added. Specify the full profile and finished total thickness on your drawing. A matching pitch alone does not establish compatibility.
