Match the surface and joint to the machine
Provide photographs of the carrying face, underside, edges and joint. Include any uneven wear, surface damage or tracking marks. Match the rib height, spacing and direction together with the complete belt thickness, conveyed product and conveyor clearances. Include the required running direction on the belt drawing.
Specify the required joint and installation access. Finger and stepped finger joints are selected for the belt construction and pulley arrangement. If a guide is required on the underside, show its profile and position on the drawing.
