Match the surface and joint to the machine
Provide photographs of the carrying face, underside, edges and joint. Include any uneven wear, surface damage or tracking marks, along with the sanding machine model. The grid height and spacing should be matched together with the complete belt thickness and conveyor clearances.
Specify the required joint and installation access. Finger and stepped finger joints are selected for the belt construction and pulley arrangement. If a guide is required on the underside, show its profile and position on the drawing.
