Perforated PU timing belt with steel cord
This product combines a PU timing belt, steel-cord reinforcement and a perforated layout. The product illustration shows perforated belts and a pulley arrangement. For a replacement or custom belt, provide the belt profile and a dimensioned hole pattern so the perforations can be considered together with the belt construction.
| Item | Product details |
|---|---|
| Belt material | Polyurethane (PU) |
| Reinforcement | Steel cord |
| Processing | Perforations to a dimensioned layout |
| Tooth profile | Match your pulley drawing or belt sample |
| Finished size | Specify belt width and length or tooth count |
Send the hole-pattern drawing, belt marking and operating conditions with your inquiry.
Define the perforation pattern
Specify hole shape, size and spacing, including the position of each row across the belt width. Show the relationship between the holes and belt teeth, together with any unperforated sections or edge margins. The hole layout and reinforcement arrangement need to be reviewed together before the belt construction is selected.
| Detail | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Base belt | Profile, width, finished length or tooth count, and overall thickness |
| Hole geometry | Diameter or shape dimensions, hole depth and required tolerances |
| Hole layout | Row positions, longitudinal spacing, edge margins and alignment with the teeth |
| Cord and joint | Steel-cord arrangement, perforation position relative to the cords, and joint or endless construction |
| Machine conditions | Pulley drawing, handled item, speed, load, temperature and cleaning method |
Replacement and machine fit
Include photographs of both belt surfaces and the existing part number. If the machine also uses a guide, show its cross-section and location on the drawing. For joined or endless construction, specify the required arrangement alongside the working load and speed.
Timing belt profile illustration
Use the profile illustration with your pulley drawing or sample. The finished hole pattern and belt construction are specified separately.
