Customized belt for dragon fruit conveying
This conveyor belt is supplied as a custom assembly for dragon fruit handling. The photographed belt has green raised partitions and a mechanical fastener joint. Specify the fruit size, conveyor layout and pocket dimensions together when ordering an assembly for your line.

Match the assembly to the handling line
Show the loading and discharge positions on the conveyor drawing. Include the smallest and largest fruit sizes so the partition spacing and transfer clearances can be selected for the line. Supply photographs of the existing belt, including any areas where fruit catches, rolls or becomes marked.
The mechanical joint shown is one assembly detail, rather than a requirement for every installation. Specify the joint needed for your machine and cleaning process. For direct food contact, request the material and finished-belt documentation applicable to your purchasing requirements.

The following PVC flat-belt models are base-belt options. Their listed thicknesses do not include custom partitions, and they do not define the finished dragon fruit conveyor assembly. Select the base belt together with the attachments and joint. The table scrolls sideways on smaller screens.
