Conveyor belt with a red rubber covering
This belt has a red rubber carrying face and a light-coloured underside. Specify the covering and base belt together when ordering a replacement: the finished belt thickness includes both parts, and the complete construction must suit the conveyor pulleys and joint.

Match the contact surface to the process
Include the material and finish of the product touching the red surface. If replacing a worn belt, show any glazing, cuts, uneven wear or separation at the covering edge. These details help define the covering and joint requirements for your application.
Provide the available installation space and required joint type. Specify any underside guide and its position on the belt drawing. Select the base belt and covering as a complete assembly for the pulley arrangement.
