Conveyor belt with transverse baffles

Match the belt to the conveyor
Provide the pulley diameters, incline angle, belt speed and support arrangement. Include the loading and discharge locations and the size and weight of the conveyed material. These details help define the space between attachments and their clearance around the pulleys and conveyor frame.
For a replacement, send photographs of the carrying surface, underside, cleat joints and belt joint. Include any damaged attachment, tracking marks or areas where material collects.
Operating and cleaning requirements
Specify the conveyed product, operating temperature and exposure to oils, dust or cleaning chemicals. If your machine requires electrostatic control, flame resistance or a particular contact standard, include the acceptance criteria with your enquiry.
Provide the cleaning method and any restrictions on the belt material or surface. Select the base belt, baffles and joint together for the operating conditions.
