Cable shielding braid preparation equipment
The LK-sjd processes exposed shielding braid on cables. The illustrated operations loosen and brush the braid for folding back or trimming. Select the tooling and settings for the cable diameter, braid construction and required finished end.

Processing options
For a folded-back shielding end, the exposed braid is loosened and prepared for folding over the cable jacket. For a trimmed end, the braid is loosened before cutting to the required length. The sample photographs illustrate these two end-preparation routes.
