Belt selection for heated conveying
Send the operating conditions and dimensions of your existing conveyor belt to discuss a replacement for heated service. Include a drawing or sample reference and photographs of the belt surfaces and joint.
Define the thermal duty
Include the temperature at the belt contact surface as well as the surrounding air temperature. Contact time, belt speed and cooling periods help describe the operating cycle. For replacement work, note where hardening, cracking, surface damage or joint wear occurs.
