Custom timing belts with cleats and profiles
The gallery shows several custom timing-belt arrangements, including projecting cleats, blocks and other processed surfaces. Choose the arrangement around your machine drawing: the tooth profile must match the pulley, while the cleat shape and spacing must match the item and movement required.

Send an existing belt sample or drawing, with photographs of both sides and the attachment details.
Define the custom layout
For replacement belts, identify the existing tooth profile and use the machine’s assembly drawing to locate each added feature. Where more than one belt works together, include their relative cleat positions and the required alignment.

Include the complete profile designation in your inquiry. Profile families listed for this range include MXL, XL, L, H, XH, XXH; T2.5, T5, T10, T20; AT5, AT10, AT20; HTD 2M–20M; STPD/STS 2M–14M; and RPP/HPPD 2M–14M. Specify the exact profile and construction needed for your machine.
