Surface, guides and custom processing
Provide photographs of the carrying face, underside, edges and joint. Include any uneven wear, surface damage or tracking marks. Match the pattern height and spacing together with the complete belt thickness, conveyed product and conveyor clearances.
Cleats, sidewalls and underside guides can be specified for custom processing. Send their dimensions and positions with the conveyor layout. Specify the required joint and installation access, together with operating temperature, load and cleaning conditions.
